PROMISES KEPT MINISTRY
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.
Romans 1:16
However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.
Acts 20:24
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.
Matthew 28:19-20
About Us
Promises Kept is a ministry that is helping men and women find deliverance, comfort and strength in the promises of God. Deliverance from sin, comfort in His love and strength in all His promises. Its’ goal is to enable people to become stronger in all aspects of life by developing a close personal relationship with God. It is a ministry designed for all; older as well as younger men and women; married, never married, divorced, separated or widowed. Together with life experiences from others,, Promises Kept builds on the Word of God as it pertains to his purpose and plan for every Christian. We serve a God who faithfully keeps his promises (1 Corinthians 9) therefore, it is important we know Him to rest upon His promises. Knowing the Promises of God will nourish your soul, mind and body. It will help you grow stronger spiritually, mentally and emotionally; it will build your faith, trust and hope in God leading you to a place of obedience and reverence for Him. At Promises Kept, the knowledge of Scripture is strongly emphasized for growth, maintaining balance, living in peace and tranquility daily and resting in the Lord.

4 Steps to know God
1. LOVE
God loves you and has a plan for you.The Bible says, “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, Jesus Christ, that whoever believes in Him shall not die, but have eternal life” (John 3:16).Jesus said, “I came that they may have life and have it abundantly” — a complete life full of purpose (John 10:10).
2.YOU
We are sinful and separated from God.We have all done, thought or said bad things, which the Bible calls “sin.” The Bible says, “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). The result of sin is death, spiritual separation from God (Romans 6:23).
3.JESUS
God sent Jesus to die for your sins. This is the good news:Jesus died in our place so we could have a relationship with God and be with Him forever.“God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).But it didn’t end with His death on the cross. He rose again and still lives!“Jesus Christ died for our sins. … He was buried. … He was raised on the third day, according to the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4).Jesus is the only way to God.Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me” (John 14:6).
4. PRAY
God loves you and has a plan for you.Praying is simply talking to God. He knows you. What matters is the attitude of your heart, your honesty. Pray a prayer like this to accept Jesus as your Savior:
“Jesus Christ,I am sorry for the things I have done wrong in my life. Thank you for dying on the Cross for me, set me free from all my sins and forgive me today. Please come into my life and fill me with your Holy Spirit. Be with me forever.Thank you Jesus!”
